All treatments and services offered by High Dental Implants Melbourne are provided only where clinically necessary and appropriate. Each patient will undergo a full clinical assessment before any treatment recommendation is made.
Offers are intended to make quality dental care accessible. They must not be interpreted as guarantees of treatment suitability or results.
Offers cannot be:
- Used with any other promotion, discount, or special offer
- Applied in conjunction with any Government scheme or rebate
- Exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash
Offers are available only to patients with private health insurance that includes dental cover and available rebates through any Australian health fund.
Where specified, offers may include:
- Comprehensive dental consultation and examination (011, 012)
- X-rays or diagnostic imaging (022)
- Treatment planning or implant consultation where appropriate
- Scale and clean (114) or plaque removal (111), where clinically suitable
All procedures and treatment plans are subject to professional assessment. If a service is deemed unsuitable or unnecessary, your practitioner will recommend the most appropriate alternative.
Treatment decisions are based solely on clinical need and practitioner discretion, in line with professional standards and the National Law.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Voucher or Offer Use
- Vouchers are valid only for selected patients and specific promotional periods.
- Limit of one voucher per patient.
- Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
- Eligibility for implant-related vouchers or complimentary consultations requires an initial full examination and assessment. This ensures that any proposed treatment is suitable and clinically indicated.
- Implant treatment plans may vary based on bone density, oral health condition, and practitioner evaluation.
- Final treatment recommendations and costs are determined after clinical examination and diagnostic imaging.
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any offer without notice.
- Expired vouchers will not be honoured.
Cancellation Policy
We value our patients’ time and the clinical team’s schedule. If you cannot attend a booked appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This helps us maintain timely care for all patients and ensures that every appointment is used effectively.
If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $60 late cancellation credit will apply:
- The credit can be used toward your next appointment.
- If you cancel or fail to attend twice or more, the credit will be forfeited and retained by the practice.
We understand that unexpected events can occur and appreciate your communication.
