Terms and Conditions

All treatments and services offered by High Dental Implants Melbourne are provided only where clinically necessary and appropriate. Each patient will undergo a full clinical assessment before any treatment recommendation is made.

Offers are intended to make quality dental care accessible. They must not be interpreted as guarantees of treatment suitability or results.

Offers cannot be:

• Used with any other promotion, discount, or special offer
• Applied in conjunction with any Government scheme or rebate
• Exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash

Offers are available only to patients with private health insurance that includes dental cover and available rebates through any Australian health fund.

Where specified, offers may include:

• Comprehensive dental consultation and examination (011, 012)
• X-rays or diagnostic imaging (022)
• Treatment planning or implant consultation where appropriate
• Scale and clean (114) or plaque removal (111), where clinically suitable

All procedures and treatment plans are subject to professional assessment. If a service is deemed unsuitable or unnecessary, your practitioner will recommend the most appropriate alternative.

Treatment decisions are based solely on clinical need and practitioner discretion, in line with professional standards and the National Law.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Voucher or Offer Use

• Vouchers are valid only for selected patients and specific promotional periods.
• Limit of one voucher per patient.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.
• Eligibility for implant-related vouchers or complimentary consultations requires an initial full examination and assessment. This ensures that any proposed treatment is suitable and clinically indicated.
• Implant treatment plans may vary based on bone density, oral health condition, and practitioner evaluation.
• Final treatment recommendations and costs are determined after clinical examination and diagnostic imaging.
• Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any offer without notice.
• Expired vouchers will not be honoured.

Cancellation Policy

We value our patients’ time and the clinical team’s schedule. If you cannot attend a booked appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

This helps us maintain timely care for all patients and ensures that every appointment is used effectively.

If you need to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $60 late cancellation credit will apply:

• The credit can be used toward your next appointment.
• If you cancel or fail to attend twice or more, the credit will be forfeited and retained by the practice.

We understand that unexpected events can occur and appreciate your communication.

Our advertising and promotional content:

• Includes complete and accessible terms and conditions
• Avoids any misleading or deceptive claims
• Does not guarantee treatment outcomes or imply superiority
• Supports informed patient decision-making in line with Ahpra’s requirements

All implant-related promotions are reviewed to ensure they uphold public safety, accuracy, and professional integrity in compliance with the Dental Board of Australia’s standards.

Offer includes a complimentary implant consult and CBCT scan that may be bulk-billed where eligible.

• $900 value is an estimated combined value if the consultation and CBCT scan and is provided for reference only.
• Offer is available to all patients: new and existing
• Treatment recommendations are based on individual clinical assessment, not all patients are suitable candidates for dental implants
• The consultation does not include treatment, procedures or follow-up appointments beyond the initial assessment unless specified.
• Offer is not transferable, not redeemable for cash
• Offer is available for a limited time and may be withdraw or changed at any time without notice
• Appointments are subject to availabilities.

Implant promo:

• Individual results may vary depending on treatment type, clinical suitability and adherence to aftercare advice. While treatment is designed to improve function and comfort, no guarantee can be made that all foods can be consumed without limitations. A clinical assessment is required to determine suitability.
• Treatment aims to improve the appearance and function of your smile. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, oral health condition and chosen treatment plan. Final results cannot be guaranteed and may require ongoing maintenance.
• Interest-free finance options maybe be available to eligible applicants, subject to status, affordability checks and lender approval. Terms, conditions and minimum spend is required. Missed payments may incur fees and could affect your credit rating. Full finance details will be provided prior to agreement.

$200 offer (Patients Without HF)

The advertised $200 offer applies only to eligible patients without private health fund cover at the time of the appointment.

• The offer applies exclusively to specified preventative treatment package, which may include the following ADA items (where clinically appropriate)
• Comprehensive examination
• Removal of plague and or calculus (scale and clean)
• Topical fluoride application
• Intraoral photos
• Intraoral radiographs

If additional treatment is required, this will be discussed and charged separately.

The $200 fee applies to one visit and must be paid on the day of treatment.

NO GAP:

“No gap” means no out-of-pocket expense for eligible patients with an eligible private fund policy, provided:

• The patient holds an active policy that covers the relevant dental item numbers
• Annual limits have not been exceeded
• International health funds, please check your insurer for eligibility
