Smiling less due to missing teeth? Visit us at High Dental Implants in Melbourne
Here, at High Dental Implants in Melbourne, our primary goal is to ensure that you feel confident when smiling, and that you never experience insecurities about it. There are many causes of missing teeth, such as an illness or sporting activity, however, you can now stop worrying, and put these issues behind you at last, and finally experience the feeling of a full mouthed smile, whilst still appearing natural.
Why do I need them?
The amount of inconvenience, due to having missing teeth, can be high. From struggles with brushing your teeth, to problems with eating, sunken cheeks and a low self esteem when laughing with friends, are all issues that you shouldn’t have to put up with by yourself. That’s why here at High Dental Implants in Melbourne, we have got your back – meaning you never have to be alone to suffer with a gap in your smile again.
What can you do for me?
We first need to take x-rays of your mouth, in order to assess the situation at hand, and to work out which treatment and process is the most appropriate for you. Having taken a full medical history check with you, your practitioner will then walk you through the risks and benefits of each treatment option, leaving the decision completely in your hands as to what you feel most comfortable with. We will carefully create a treatment plan for you after the desired treatment has been chosen, including the costs involved. Allow us to assist you on your journey back to that full smile.
What happens if I choose to have Implant treatment?
Losing teeth can result in the bone around the jaw disappearing, harming the little blood vessels and tissues that lie in the gums of the mouth. With little metal screws (implants) being fitted into the jaw, the production of this bone is once again encouraged, allowing you to naturally regain some of the look you lost before having the implants fitted. Then, by fixing bridges, crowns or dentures onto the implants, you can immediately cure that sallow, hollowed cheek look, caused by the skin of your cheeks resting on the gaps in your mouth. You will then be left with a look that is as if you were born with it – which is the way true dental work should be.
Are implants worth it?
Picture all of those times when you’ve been smiling in a photo and suddenly realised that you can feel a hole or gap in your mouth. Remember how that feels. Next to friends, who have full mouths and round, youthful cheeks, this could have led to you feeling self conscious and possibly shy about exposing your true beautiful smile. But who is to say that you have to suffer in silence? We are here to help you on your journey back to feelings of confidence when grinning wide, no matter how many teeth you have lost.
All treatment carries risks. Individual consultation is required with one of our practitioners to ensure that the treatment is right for you.
